PDF Sign Pro lets you fill in and sign PDF documents on your iPhone, then send them by Mail, AirDrop or Files. There is no account and no subscription, and your documents never leave your device. The app is made by Karya Boyraz, an independent developer.
Email karya.poyraz@gmail.com. You will get a reply from the developer, usually within a day or two. If a document does not look right after signing, tell us your iOS version and, if you can, what kind of PDF it was (scanned, form, rotated pages).
Signing is free. The free version lets you import 3 new PDFs per month; the sample documents do not count. Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the monthly import limit. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Open the Upgrade tab and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought Pro. Restoring is free. If Pro does not unlock, check your internet connection, close the app completely and open it again.
Payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple's guide Request a refund for apps or content.
Only on your iPhone, inside the app's own storage. PDF Sign Pro has no server and does not sync to iCloud: documents, signatures and the audit trail are never uploaded. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, that backup is handled by Apple and includes the app's data.
Deleting the app deletes its documents. To keep a signed file, share it to the Files app, Mail or AirDrop first.
Open the signed document and tap the Share button. You can send it by Mail or AirDrop, or save it to Files (including iCloud Drive or another cloud folder you choose). The original quality of the PDF is kept.
PDF Sign Pro places your handwritten or typed signature on the document and keeps a local audit trail (a SHA-256 hash chain) that shows when each signing step happened. Whether an electronic signature is accepted depends on your country and on the person or organisation receiving the document. It is not a qualified electronic signature (such as an eIDAS QES). If you are unsure, ask the recipient.
No. There is no sign-up, and importing, filling, signing and sharing work offline. An internet connection is only needed for App Store purchases.
