PDF Sign Pro — Terms of Use

Effective date: September 26, 2026 · Last updated: September 26, 2026

PDF Sign Pro ("the app") is developed by Karya Boyraz, an independent developer, and distributed through Apple's App Store.

License

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The developer does not add a separate license agreement. The points below only summarise how the app works; if anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, the EULA applies.

In-app purchase

Your documents

Documents, signatures and the audit trail are stored only on your device. The developer never receives them and cannot recover them. You are responsible for keeping copies of important files and for having the right to sign and share the documents you open in the app.

Electronic signatures

The app places a handwritten or typed signature on a PDF and keeps a local audit trail. It does not provide a qualified electronic signature or identity verification. Whether an electronic signature is legally accepted depends on your jurisdiction and on the recipient. The app is provided "as is", as described in Apple's EULA, without any warranty that a signed document will be accepted for a particular purpose.

Privacy

See the PDF Sign Pro Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
